Total Automotive Expands Main Location

Total Automotive Inc. announced that it has just completed a 10,000-square-foot addition to its main complex in Chanhassen, Minnesota.

Total Automotive is a nationwide wholesale distributor of original equipment and replacement automotive parts, servicing parts stores, service stations, garages and new car dealers. The company also manufactures door hinge kits.

In conjunction with this expansion, Total Auto says it plans to increase staff by adding 12 to 15 new positions in 2012. The company also added 21 new hinge products to its proprietary product line in the fourth quarter of 2011. In 2012, the company plans launch a new retail hingekits.com website and release more than 100 new hinge repair kits before the 2012 SEMA show.
