ONE LUCKY GOLFER WILL WIN A

FULLY RESTORED '76 CORVETTE

at the TotalAuto.com Invitational - Monday, September 13, 2010 - 1:00 PM Tee-off


Have you ever been to a golf tournament where someone actually won a great prize? It's going to happen at our tournament.
At the end of the tournament, the golfer who is closest to the pin (NOT a hole-in-one) on hole #6 will win a beautiful, fully restored 1976 Corvette.
Additional prizes include a Harley Davidson Motorcycle, a 2010 Buick Lacrosse, Round Trip Air Fare for 2, Apple iPad, and much more.
One lucky golfer will also get the chance to win $1,000,000.00!


This event is limited to 72, two-person teams. The entry fee is $250.00/team and includes golf, cart, lunch and thousands of dollars in prizes that will be given away!

The rules are simple: Each team must have at least one person within the automotive industry that is either a(n) owner, general manager, fixed operations manager, parts manager or service manager. Distance for the closest-to-the-pin contest will be measured by a local law enforcement officer, whose measurement will determine the winner. In the event of a tie, the tieing golfers will compete in a closest-to-the-pin putt-off on the practice green. The winner will be required to fill out the necessary IRS forms prior to taking title of the vehicle. Delivery is not included. Void where prohibited by law. Must be 21 years of age or older. Golfers must be present to win. Professional golfers and club pros are not eligible for the contest.

Deadline for application is August 15, 2010.
If you would like to enter as a single player we will pair you up at random with another participant, provided there is another single applicant available.

By submitting the form above you do hereby consent and agree that Total Automotive, Inc. and its employees, or agents have the right to take photographs, videotape, or digital recordings of you on the day of the event and to use these in any and all media, now or hereafter known. I further consent that my name and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary. I do hereby release to Total Automotive, Inc. in all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately and to market and sell copies. I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in whatever media used. I understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration for recording me, either for initial or subsequent transmission or playback.

Prize Eligibilty Requirement:
By submitting the above form you hereby aknowledge that attendence at pre-lunch presentation is MANDATORY to be eligible for any / all Prizes including the Corvette. This Special Informative Presentation will be 30 minutes. A special ticket will be assigned to each attendee for their chance to win the Corvette at the conclusion of the presentation. Door Prizes will also be given out at this time.
