In a striving quest to serve our customers we have created a Return Reserve Program that can be custom tailored to each and every customer on an individual basis.  Unlike manufactures return policies, ours has absolutely no restrictions on what products can be returned, or in what condition the products returned must be.

When you purchase parts from Total Automotive, you will receive an order confirmation detailing both the dollar amount you saved and the percentage of savings compared to manufacturer pricing. You the customer then decide what amount of the savings in dollars or a percentage that you would like apply to your return reserve account. That amount will then be billed back on the invoice as return reserve, and the remaining amount will be discounted on your invoice.

When you decide to do a return, simply send your sales representative a list of the parts to be returned for credit via e-mail, (see contact Page) or fax the list to 952.448.7494 attention your sales representative.

The following information must be included in the list:
Qty - Part # - Description - Package Type - Package Condition - Value Requested

Your sales representative will then send you a list of which parts we want returned, and the others can be discarded. The parts to be returned should be sent to our warehouse; Total Automotive, Inc., 2431 Galpin Court # 110, Chanhassen MN 55317 freight prepaid. Upon receipt of the merchandise at our warehouse we will then issue a check or apply a credit to your account.
